About The Pink Scrubs Community

I am Serena J and I am a former high school dropout, government assistance recipient, very poor single mom who grew up in the ghetto of Cleveland Ohio. I am now owner of The Pink Scrubs, and have amassed millions in assets, opened and scaled multiple businesses, and been traveling the world since 2018. I have over 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, business owner, life coach and decided that bedside nursing was not an end-game for me. I have helped hundreds of achieve their career goals and improve their overall well-being. My goal for creating The Pink Scrubs is to show nurses how they can go from the stress of bedside nursing to a lucrative business online and become financially independent. Nobody wants to work until they are old where they have to sacrifice their health, mental stability, and families. This site is a safe place to share nursing life, struggles, and accomplishments. The Pink Scrubs is about sisterhood, family, and faith. Lastly,  as you probably guessed, my favorite color is pink!

We  are a women's collaborative which offers a range of opportunities for online business. We host local and international community activities, services, and events including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops. We offer help with business setup and growth, as well as most entrepreneurial endeavors. These services are designed to help Pink Scrubs overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals, using their  skills and knowledge to help others.
